The House Of Soulstrip: Purpose Economy and introduction of our charity projects

You are currently viewing The House Of Soulstrip: Purpose Economy and introduction of our charity projects

At the House Of Soulstrip, one of our core values is "Don't just take, give." This principle is part of the broader Purpose Economy movement, which emphasizes that businesses should not solely benefit their owners or shareholders, but should also contribute to the greater good.

We believe that it's important to examine the role of money in our society, particularly in the context of stripclubs. Money is not only a means of exchange, but also a form of energy that drives many aspects of our lives. In stripclubs, money is the love language that fuels the exchange of erotic and sexual desires. However, we want to move beyond the confines of our events and use this energy to create positive change.

That's why we donate 50% of the sold stripper dollars to a diverse range of charity projects. By shining a light on the energetic aspect of money and using it to support social causes, we aim to transform the stripclub dynamic and contribute to a more conscious and compassionate world.

At the House of Soulstrip, we carefully select our charity projects based on a range of criteria. We aim to choose projects on both a micro and macro level, meaning we support initiatives that have an impact both locally in Berlin and globally. We also seek out projects that promote individual healing journeys, as we believe in the power of personal transformation to effect broader change.

As a guest of the House Of Soulstrip, you will have the opportunity to select which charity project resonates most with you through an entry survey. We are proud to share that at our previous event, we donated the proceeds to the Berlin Psychedelic Society, and we look forward to making a positive impact once again at our upcoming event.

We have carefully selected the following projects for inclusion in the survey at our upcoming event:

Thank you for supporting our mission to transform the stripclub dynamic and create a more conscious and compassionate world.

UNRWA

As we are currently in a reality, where peoples lives are being wiped out with no mercy, we want to express our solidarity with the Palestinian people and so make the UNRWA an eligible organization for the charity.

Upon accusations from the Israeli side, which are that staff members of UNRWA were part of the attacks on Oct. 7 in Israel, the US and the EU have cut their funds for this organization. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is funded almost entirely by voluntary contributions from UN Member States. UNRWA also receives some funding from the Regular Budget of the United Nations, which is used mostly for international staffing costs.

UNRWA is unique in terms of its long-standing commitment to one group of refugees. It has contributed to the welfare and human development of four generations of Palestine refugees, defined as “persons whose normal place of residence was Palestine during the period 1 June 1946 to 15 May 1948, and who lost both home and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 War.” The descendants of Palestine refugee males, including legally adopted children, are also eligible for registration.

UNRWA services are available to all those living in its areas of operations who meet this definition, who are registered with the Agency and who need assistance. When the Agency began operations in 1950, it was responding to the needs of about 750,000 Palestine refugees. Today, some 5.9 million Palestine refugees are eligible for UNRWA services.

If you want to take another opportunity to let your energy flow to supporting Palestinian people, this might be your choice.

Survival International

As we care deeply about social justice and the rights of Indigenous communities, we would like to bring your attention to Survival International, an organization that is doing incredibly important work to protect the land rights of tribal people.

Survival International works in partnership with Indigenous communities around the world, campaigning, lobbying, and protesting to ensure that their land rights are respected. They investigate, expose, and confront atrocities committed by governments and big business against Indigenous communities and their lands, amplifying the tribal voice and making sure it is heard.

One of the things we appreciate most about Survival International is their commitment to independence. By rejecting money from governments, they are able to preserve their integrity and remain true to their mission. Their work is rooted in longstanding relationships with hundreds of Indigenous communities around the world, and they have 50 years of expertise in international lobbying and campaigning that gets results.

Survival International's ongoing successful projects include fighting against the decolonization of conservation, opposing attempts by outsiders to contact uncontacted tribes, and working to expose the devastating impacts of Factory Schools, which aim to strip children of their Indigenous identity and erode their connection to their land, language, and culture.

If you're looking for a charity that makes your money work harder, you'll be pleased to know that 97% of the money donated to Survival International goes directly to support tribal people, with only 3% going towards fundraising. All Indigenous people have the right to run education systems rooted in their own land, language, and culture, and it's time for that to change.

Supporting LBTGQ people in The LSVD Berlin

LSVD Berlin Brandenburg is an organization that is close to our hearts. As a non-profit and charitable self-help and welfare organization, they provide essential information and advice on rainbow families, asylum, and discrimination. They're on a mission to create a world where queer people in Berlin and Brandenburg can live their lives in a self-determined way, free from legal and other disadvantages, and free from hostilities and discrimination.

They do this by offering workshops and raising awareness among professionals in family and educational counseling. They believe that everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. By supporting the LSVD, you're supporting their core values of equal rights and diversity.

The LSVD Berlin Brandenburg aims to achieve full legal and social equality for queer people. They believe in enforcing equal rights, fighting homophobia, creating respect in education and training, science, and culture, realizing the right to found a family, and enforcing the right to self-determination for transgender and intersex people.

They also promote diversity and acceptance, implement an enlightened and solidary health policy, take responsibility for the past, and promote equal rights, diversity, and respect in Europe. By supporting the LSVD Berlin Brandenburg, you are helping to make the world a more inclusive and accepting place for everyone.

Support an individual healing journey

At the House Of Soulstrip, we believe that healing is essential not only on a collective level but also on an individual level. That's why we choose one particular person who needs support in order to help them on their journey of healing. The donation may be made directly to this person, who can choose to remain anonymous or share about their current situation and why they need help and support.

Alternatively, we may choose to donate the money to a therapist, psychotherapist, or someone working in the field of therapy and wellness, specified on sexual abuse and trauma. They can use this as a voucher or prepaid session(s) for an individual client who needs it the most. Witnessing the impact of last year's donations on an individual's journey was incredibly refreshing, and we hope to continue supporting someone's healing process this year.

We understand that healing is a journey that is unique to each individual, and we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to access resources and support that can help them along the way. By supporting our cause, you are not only helping an individual in need but also promoting the importance of healing and self-care, something we can all relate to on a personal level.
